Roxann's Hats offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $250 or more (excluding taxes and discounts). We currently only ship to Canadian addresses excluding PO Boxes. Shipping rates and details are as follows:

ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 1 – 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Contactless pick-up and drop-offs are available only in the Fort Langley area.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All returns are subject to validation and approval by Roxann's Hats. Roxann's Hats reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, at its sole discretion. Exchanges are available in-store only.
